Overview At Little Rich Bitch, we stand behind every product we sell. Because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order Products All of our products are custom printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We provide manufacturer sizing charts on every applicable product listing — please refer to these before ordering.
What We Accept Returns For We accept returns and provide replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- Items damaged during shipment
- Defective items (manufacturing defects)
- Significantly misprinted items (wrong design, missing elements)
What We Do Not Accept Returns For
- Size differences or incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
How to Request a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)
- Email us at Tom@littlerichbitch.com with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or misprint
- We will review your request within 3 business days and issue an approved RMA if eligible
- Once approved, ship the item to: 6921 Independence Pkwy Ste 140, Plano, TX 75023
- Include your RMA number and tracking number in your shipment
- Do not return items to the manufacturer
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
Exchanges We replace defective, damaged, or significantly misprinted items with the same item at no additional charge. To request an exchange, follow the RMA process above.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or misprinted item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
