1. Overview At Little Rich Bitch, we partner with multiple professional fulfillment centers to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Production & Processing Time All orders are custom printed on demand. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Fulfillment Centers Your order may ship from one of the following fulfillment locations depending on the product ordered:

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

5. International Shipping We are primarily a domestic (US) shipping operation. International orders are accepted on a very limited, case-by-case basis only. If you are located outside the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us at Tom@littlerichbitch.com before purchasing to confirm availability and shipping costs to your location.

International orders that are accepted may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and we cannot guarantee delivery windows. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. Split Shipments If your order contains multiple products fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For packages lost in transit, please contact us at Tom@littlerichbitch.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Tom@littlerichbitch.com — we can only make changes before production begins.

10. Holidays & Delays Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons (November–January). We recommend ordering early during these periods. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

11. Damaged in Shipment If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at Tom@littlerichbitch.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost per our Refund Policy.
