4. Products & Accuracy of Information All products sold on this site are new. Our products are custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for each customer. We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of a product or service.

6. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. We are not responsible for errors in order information submitted by the customer, including incorrect shipping addresses or size selections.

7. Payment We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment processors.

8. Made-to-Order & Custom Products All products are printed on demand and made-to-order. Production typically begins within 24-48 hours of order placement. Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We accept returns only for items that are damaged in shipment, defective, or significantly misprinted. Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.

10. Shipping Shipping times, costs, and carrier information are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or any circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
